Systematic Automation, Farmington, CT, has developed the Model Vinci 1452 automatic screen printer for cylindrical products. Items such as vials, syringe barrels and chapstick containers can be printed with the machine.

It includes a high-speed machine indexer, screen print station, integrated hot air drying and an automatic unloader. Changeover between products can occur within a matter of minutes. The simplicity of the high-speed machine indexer and CAM-based controls makes running and maintaining the machine easy. It is rated for continuous duty three shifts per day, seven days a week and has typical speeds of 72 parts per minute or higher.
